Appointments can be made online by selecting the Health Care Provider on your left or by calling our office at 760.322.2520 during office hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Policies:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you know you need to cancel an appointment. If you arrive late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. We make every effort to run on time. If appointments are missed without advance notice, it may be necessary to have your care transferred to another Practice.
Routine Physicals need to be scheduled several months in advance.
